We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. This service is free for our subscribers. If you are not a subscriber, there will be a charge of £5. Simply submit this form and our customer service team will be in touch to arrange the rest.
