Shipping policy

Every order is sent via our 2 day delivery service. If you place an order before 12 noon on a Monday, it will be despatched the same day for delivery by Wednesday. If you place an order after 12 noon on a Friday it will be prepared and sent on Monday for delivery by Wednesday. Please note the majority of our orders should actually be delivered NEXT DAY but there is a chance your order will be delivered on the second day which is why we market a 2 day service. Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday between 8am and 8pm.

There is no need to stay at home all day waiting for your delivery! If you provide your Email address, our courier will Alert you on the morning of the delivery advising your delivery slot; for example between 2pm to 4pm.

You will also receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched to enable you to track your delivery
