Refund policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.
We will replace any product that is faulty or misdescribed. Proof of purchase is required.
Simply click here to fill in our returns form and our customer service team will be in touch to arrange the rest. The service is free for subscribers, or £5 if you are not a subscriber.
If a product is inappropriately or unreasonably handled, and as a result damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount.
Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by your order number.
