A 1L refill pouch contains enough hand wash for more than 300 uses.
Can I return my pouches to be reused or recycled?

Yes! We will have your empty pouches collected free of charge to either be cleaned and refilled or recycled with our specialist UK partner.

To keep our carbon footprint on pouch returns as low as possible, please contact our customer service team at chat@kitandkin.com once you have at least 10 empty pouches. Pop them in an envelope and we will arrange a free home collection or drop off for you.
What are your refillable cleaning bottles made of?

Our refillable cleaning bottles have carbon free lids, and are made from 50% rPET and 50% PCR, or Post-Consumer Recycled plastic, which is more sustainable and environmentally-friendly than virgin plastic. Our toilet cleaner bottles are made from HDPE, to make them extra-durable. We’ve designed our stylish bottles so they can be re-used over and over again with our refill pouches, or you can recycle them with your local recycling scheme.
