Happy International Women’s Day!
Every day, we’re inspired by amazing women, in big ways and small. The ones who create, lead, care, show up and speak out - often without being asked, and rarely being thanked enough.
At Kit & Kin, you don’t need to convince us that girl power is real - we see it every day. With a 90% female team, we’re constantly inspired by the women around us, and we know how important it is to celebrate them.
So, this International Women’s Day, our team wanted to share some of the incredible women we love to follow, from empowering books and women-led podcasts, to female creators building supportive communities.

Inspired by our co-founder every day
Here at Team Kit & Kin, we’re so lucky to be surrounded by inspiring women every day - including our co-founder, Emma Bunton.
Her approach to life, business and parenting is rooted in kindness, instinct and simplicity - values that are at the heart of everything we do.
Her book, Mama You Got This, is definitely worth a read for new parents. It’s a reassuring reminder that there’s no ‘right’ way to parent, it’s all about what works for you.

Giving back to women around the globe
We’re proud to support women around the globe, not just on International Women’s Day, but every single day. Through our giving back programmes with the World Land Trust, we support women and children in remote rainforest communities, helping them gain access to life-saving maternity care, and education. We also regularly donate to baby banks here in the UK, giving mothers a helping hand when they need one most. And every single time you shop with us, you’re helping us support women.
